Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Below you’ll find the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Nunbetter Events Management Portal (Nunbetter Events platform).
Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 1, 2025
Last Updated: November 30, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website and related event management portals (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.
2. Description of the Services
Nunbetter Events Management Portal (“Nunbetter Events”) provides digital tools that allow event organizers (“Organizers”) to create and manage events, and vendors or participants (“Vendors”) to register for those events.
The platform itself does not run or control the events. All decisions about vendor approval, table assignments, refunds, waivers, and event rules are made solely by the Organizer, not by Nunbetter Events.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Notify us of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept responsibility for all actions taken under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other accounts.
- Upload or distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
- Misuse vendor or event data for purposes unrelated to the event.
- Interfere with the normal operation or security of the platform.
5. Event Responsibility
Nunbetter Events is a platform only. We do not:
- Approve or reject vendor applications.
- Decide table/booth assignments or event layout.
- Set or enforce event rules, policies, or waivers.
- Handle or guarantee refunds from Organizers to Vendors.
Any questions or disputes about an event itself (including acceptance, placement, fees, rules, or schedules) must be directed to the Organizer.
6. Payments & Fees
Organizers may pay Nunbetter Events for use of the platform (such as hosting an event portal or multi-event instance). Unless required by law, such platform-related fees are non-refundable.
Vendor payments for specific events are made to the Organizer (or their chosen payment processor) and are not controlled by Nunbetter Events unless explicitly stated for a particular event.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as your business information, logos, descriptions, or documents). By uploading, you grant Nunbetter Events a non-exclusive license to store, display, and use that content as needed to provide the Services.
The platform’s underlying software, design, branding, and infrastructure remain the property of Nunbetter Events and its owners.
8. Waivers & Uploaded Documents
Organizers may require waivers, rules acknowledgments, insurance documents, or other files to be uploaded. Nunbetter Events only provides storage and access for these files.
We do not review, approve, or validate the content of these documents. The Organizer is solely responsible for determining what is required and whether uploaded documents satisfy their requirements.
9. Service Availability
Nunbetter Events aims for high availability but does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Nunbetter Events makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nunbetter Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
In any case, the total liability of Nunbetter Events for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the total amount paid directly to Nunbetter Events for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
Nunbetter Events may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if it believes you have violated these Terms or if required for security, maintenance, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
